I am the Director of Digital Media for WIBW Radio which is owned by Alpha Media USA, a media conglomerate of radio stations across the U.S. My primary duty is development of a common WordPress platform for the radio division, starting with WIBW in Topeka, KS and KGNC in Amarillo, TX.

I graduated from UC Santa Barbara with a degree in Computer Science and have worked as a programmer for Apple, Ashton-Tate, Symantec, Lotus Development, PowerBASIC and WordPerfect. When the Internet became public, I moved from traditional application development to web application development for Cisco Systems and the National Association of Realtors.

Until my hire by WIBW Radio, I spent the last 7 years working freelance for clients such as Allen Press, Alorica and Farmers Insurance developing in ASP, .NET, Javascript, MS-SQL, MySQL, Perl, and PhP. For the past 3 years I have specialized in custom filter and plugin development for the WordPress platform.

I am the father of an incredibly smart, amazing and talented daughter and step-daughter.  And the lucky grandfather of 3 amazing young ladies who are every bit as smart and beautiful as their mother.

I am engaged to the most selfless and loving woman I have ever had the pleasure to meet.

I enjoy shooting footage and pictures with my camera, mostly for stock footage, TV commercials and an occasional short-film.  I read a lot, I bowl, and I love volunteering in my community.

Yes, life really is that good. 🙂
